Why is planning event logistics important?
Your event will be assigned to one of our Event Managers who will be your primary point of contact for all your needs. Your assigned Event Manager will set up and manage in-person meetings, conference calls, and site visits as requested. Our job is to bring your vision to life! Let us juggle the timeline, deadlines, meeting agendas, work plan, and pace of the planning. We want you to enjoy the planning process! Prior to, during, and post-event, your personal planner will be the liaison between you and all vendors. Onsite at your event, our team will manage registration/check-in, info booths, the exhibit hall, special events/activities, event signage, etc. Our goal is the provide a stress-free environment for you to enjoy and be fully present at your event. During your event, your personal planner will meet with you as needed to ensure success and satisfaction.
